These new cheeses have been formulated by Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook. Glacier Gorgonzola is imbued with notes of truffles for a deep, earthy flavor. Glacier Blue is crafted in small batches with piquant waves of flavor and a crisp, clean finish. Glacier Penta Crème Blue is made with additional fresh cream for a silky texture with earthy nuances.
